Here is going to be what Theramore looks like after Garrosh’s attack on it. Jaina apparently teleports her tower to Stormwind City. There is also a map of where in Stormwind her tower will be located.

There are commands to make your camera zoom way out but I forgot them.
No. They’re using the WoW Machinima Tool. You can basically use it to “unhook” your camera from your character and fly it around freeform, while your character stays stationary.
Verdict isn’t in on whether or not it’s legal by the game’s TOS though, so if you would be absolutely devastated if your account got banned, you probably don’t want to touch it, just in case.
